MAP MUSEUM

Concept
The mission of the Museum of Pasadena (MAP) is to present the breadth of California art and design through exhibitions that explore the cultural dynamics and influences that are unique to California. Therefore, the logo type for Map was using a typeface that was designed by Michael Doret based in Los Angeles, California.
The acronym of the museum is interesting and also gives the museum an added meaning, as the museum is being placed on the map.
