Create a system in the store where customers are able to truly customize their shoes from the inside to the outside, being able to first customize the inner sole and moulding it to fit the customer’s feet. Customers are then able to pick a shoe they are interested in and customize it by physical interaction. This would solve the problems and make Nike iD fully customized. This is also accompanied by a commercial spot introducting the system.
